Macrobiological sampling will include the capture of large animals (e.g. fish, crabs and shrimp) in the estuary by using baited traps, hand nets, seine nets and hook and line. Please note the other types of organisms captured at the time you sampled, as well as YSI (chemical) and Climatic Data collected that day. Is there any relationship between them? Are there differences between sites? (See Map).
